D’ AFFLUENZA, LLC is a training company established in 2002 concentrating on youth and parent development. The company holds certifications in Trauma Informed Care (TIC), DISC 360, Emotional Intelligence and 10 accredited Continuing Professional Development (CDP) courses to also support and enhance employee development. The overall mission of D’ AFFLUENZA, LLC is to provide vernacular training as a resource to at-risk families with the goal of achieving self-sufficiency and provide accredited professional development training to businesses with the goal of enhancing employee development.
The founder, Twaski Simmons, is a Trauma-Informed Care Practitioner and certified trainer in Trauma 101, certified in DISC 360 and Emotional Intelligence 2.0 assessments and training.
